When viewing and rendering a standard captured camera clip on V track 5 of the TL (timeline) with NO filters applied and the track level set at 100%; the clip appears to stutter as if the level was set below 100% or FX filters were applied to it. Upon experimentation, I turned off V tracks 1,2,3,&4 which have video and fx on them, but earlier on the TL and not directly above the track 5 V mentioned in my 1st sentence.
The V track that causes the slow render and stutter for the entire project even though it is only a few seconds long at the beginning of the TL is V track 2 which has the following:
an alpha title
parent composite mode = source alpha
compositing mode = multiply mask
V Track 3 is set to “make compositing parent” and has a background video clip with no fx.
Why does it effect and slow down the entire project?
Is this a bug?
Can I fix it?
Who can fix it?, and why is the sky blue?
Also, is there a way to "lock" the video track levels to 100% or any other setting to avoid annoying inadvertent changes?
If not......ATTENTION SONY PLEASE!
