SonyPJM: Sync Cursor & Ram Buffer

I was wondering if there was a way to evaluate and change the value of "Sync Cursor" and "cbMaxVideoRamBuffer" from a script?

If not from a script, are there functions I can access in a DLL that can give me read and/or write capability?

I'm afraid not. Application preferences are currently not able to be manipulated by scripts.
