I was having some problems with re installing my Vegas Movie Studio 11 when it gave me an error saying "The server was unable to complete the registration as requested" so it told me to contact support, when I did contact support, it said "Sorry, there was an error with your submission". I filled in all the fields so I thought there was an issue with the Sony servers or something.

Any idea why I keep having these problems while registering and sending a support ticket?
