I have been getting more and more into encoding and transcoding video for the web. I have been looking for answers to fairly simple questions but can't seem to find adequate help forums for WMV encoding, so I'm putting out the call! Anyone know of any good encoding forums, especially for WMV?

While I'm at it, does anyone here ever get super-saturated blocks of pixels, horizontal green lines, or streaks of saturated chroma in the middle of the picture? If so, what have you done to correct it? TIA.
