sot: Blu-ray 12mm Double Disk Case Inserts

After searching online for too long, I have found that I cannot nail down 12mm Blu-ray DOUBLE disk case inserts. I have the cases, I have the outer case dimensions, but I REALLY wanted to buy photomatte inserts made just for these cases (as I have with standard DVD cases--Neato is my go-to source). Yes, Neato DOES stock inserts for single Blu-ray cases, but the dimensions of the double case are slightly different and may not line up without trial-and-error. So does anyone have a source for this exact item?

My own solution for blu-ray book style cases ( I usually use cases that hold upto six disks) is to by large reams of 11x14 premium photo paper. I have them professionally die-cut to match the dimensions of the cases and run them thru color printers for a really good looking case insert.
The reason this needs to be done is to get the right dimensions and the paper to stretch and flex on the end cover spline correctly.
