For whatever reason, I neglected on some of my shots recently to change from auto audio to manual audio settings on my camera. Now I have this annoying tape transport hum on some great footage with what would be otherwise good ambient audio

what's the best way to remove it - either in Vegas Pro 9 or Sound Forge 9?
