If your Waves upgrade is active you'll want to head over to Waves and update to V9. Besides being 64 bit (faster loading and other performance improvements I hear), some bundles get additional plugs.
Plus no iLok. You can download license from the cloud to a computer or USB stick. And easily move the license from one computer to another.
