I was having trouble with dropped frames, but since I've upgraded my RAM it seems okay. I'm still getting some clicks/snaps/pops with sometimes what I call shuttering of the sound. The playback to a TV using the A/V output plays back perfectly. I've tried a different cable from the camera to the firewire port. I've also used a different Digital8 camera. So I know it's not the camera or the cable because I get the same results. I don't know if the sound card or the firewire port would be the next thing to look at and how to check that. The sound card (SB Audigy 2) has the firewire port right in it. Maybe there's a setting I need to look at. Please list any things I should look at. Thanks
