CD Architect scans the computer then says it cannot find the burner (other software has no problems with finding the burner). In Options, Preferences the box Use CD/DVD drives in PnP mode is ticked. I have been in touch with Tech. Support several times, got one response from them (which did not work) and that was it, no more response. Rather disappointing to say the least. Maybe some one on the forum has some idea as to how to get the software to find the burner. All worked well under Win7. Suggestions I have received from other sources were to locate the upperfilter and lowerfilter in the Registry and delete these, but I am not sure where and which ones (found several in the registry) to delete. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am afraid Magix Tech Support does not appear to be interested in finding a solution.
