SoundForge Pricing?

So tell me if I'm wrong - I can buy SoundForge9 at $299.95 OR buy Soundforge Audio Studio for $54.95 and upgrade to SoundForge9 for $214.95 ($269.90 total)? A savings of $30. Am I missing something?

nope. That's how I got vegas 4: bought a book with Vegas LE for ~$60, then got the Vegas 4 upgrade for ~$250. Sure beat the full retail price! :D
