Is there soundtrack files in Vegas Studio 16 or do I have to get them from an outside source. If outside, is there a free place to get very simple soundtracks?

Presumably you are looking for music. Do a net search for copyright free music and there are many. Here and here are two popular ones for a start. Note the requirements for attribution.
