The trouble with trying to decipher what type of effect he is using is difficult because: A-He is probably using a device that has a 'Pre-set' that has a combination of effects all used at once. B-It's kind of hard to hear it clearly because of the background music and other noises added. I hear some reverb (kind of deep, but without much sustain/length), possibly a bit of slap-back echo, and maybe some slight flanging or chorus or a similar effect. But that's just a guess based on what I heard. It would take some experimenting to try to duplicate that. If you get a better sample without the background music and noises, maybe I can be a little more specific.
