"Specify a replacement media file"

Roger Bansemer wrote on 11/14/2022, 2:24 PM

When every I finish a project, I "Save As" with the copy media option so it saves and puts all the files in one directory for safe keeping. I would like to know why do I get this message (in photo) come up every time I go to first open that recently saved file. It scares me because I feel like it didn't copy over all the files. However, when I click "Ignore this..." , then close the veg file and open it again this message does not appear. What is going on with this?
Thanks.

Thanks very much for the reply. So... I won't worry about the message popping up knowing that I'm actually not missing any video files in my saved project. I do use the "remove all unused media" frequently but I've never noticed the "Tools" "Clean Media Project" before. Is that the same as the red box in the upper left of the screen "Remove all unused media"
