Today I come to you to know how to create a spectrum on my VEGAS PRO 14.0
Spectrum is a round with light around which reacts to the tempo of music.
I am French and therefore I have not found much.

You will probably need to buy a third party plugin to do this is Vegas. Boris FX have Beat Reactor which allows several of their plugin in FX to be changed by the audio beat.
Some of the free music players (like Winamp) have a choice of visualizations, if one of them looks good to you. You could capture/crop as video and put it on the timeline. Don't know how good the quality would be though.
