Speech to Text non functional

Hello!

I recently upgraded to Vegas Pro 23, i have access to the Vegas HUB and can see that i have 356 out of 360 remaining minutes for the Speech to Text Feature included with the Vegas PRO suite

The issue i am currently having is that i am trying to generate subtitles for my videos and every single time I analyze the speech the text does not appear, either that or the prompt to generate subtitles gets stuck loading forever.

I think it "should" be working since i am seeing that my speech to text minutes are decreasing with every attempt but i am not able to use it.

any suggestions?

We can confirm that Hub Services are currently unreliable. We are investigating whether this is related to the outages on Microsoft's side or whether our backend is experiencing problems.

09/28/2025 was the last time I successfully used Speech-to-Text in VP 22 prior to going on vacation for a few weeks. When I returned home I took advantage of the 25% discount on VP 23. VP 23 Pro analysis now starts at 10.8% progression for a moment, then reverts to 1.1% where it remains stuck. Trying VP 22 again, analysis progression stops at 1.4%! I tested and tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked so I created a trouble ticket. Guess what? To concur, in part, with VEGASFlorian  (previous post), Magix Support just emailed me back, stating "Thank you for your message.

This is a known issue which will be resolved in a future application update. Thank you for reporting this issue."

I can only assume that the issue is in fact that which has been mentioned by VEGASFlorian...and I DO hope that it is resolved sooner than later!

Yes, will do.
We're still seeing in our logs that some Azure Features are not back to normal operation.
