Is it possible to split a single DV file and store them into bins for organization? I've got a 1 hour DV capture, without timecode.

Since there's no TC, scene detection doesn't work. I'd like to be able to take this capture and sort the scenes by category. Can this be done? I can't figure out how to take the split clips and drag them to bins. I tried doing it from the Trimmer, and no success either.
