Split Screen is greyed out

I can not seem to get the "Split" to work. It is greyed out. I can highlight the video and the audio tracks and still it is greyed out. Here is a video. Thank you!

You said you highlighted the tracks but from your video, but when you moved your cursor, the top track became highlighted. Select the track you want to split again after moving the cursor. Use CTRL when you select to keep from moving the cursor.

Well, at one time before the video, I did have them selected... I did try to select them again and it still didn't work so I restarted it and everything worked fine. Thank you
