I have no idea what happened, but I must have hit some short-cut key accidentally, and all of a sudden one of my video tracks got split into "A" and "B" sections with some clips above and some below. I wasted ten minutes in Help trying to see how to fix this with no luck. What did I do, and how do I get my track back to normal? Here's a screen shot of the split track:
