Spot or Manny, Vasst support email problem?

have tried sending an email to the address in my shippment confirmation email from Vasst. It keeps coming back saying:
Permanent Failure: 550_unknown_user_<ultimatessupport@vasst.com>
Delivery last attempted at Fri, 14 Jan 2005 04:04:44 -0000
is it me or or is the server having problems?

you have one too many "S's" in there.
Ultimatesupport@vasst.com is the correct address.
In other words, no S after Ultimate except in the word "support."
