I have two questions for spot or anybody that can answer. In relation to someone's post about how to reduce interlace flicker Spot gave the following good advice:

1 - Drop a blur on the stills at a value of around .002 or so. You should see a significant decrease in artifacts and flickers just doing that.
2 - Use the Broadcast filter in Vegas, dropped onto generated graphics, stills, and anything that wasn't DV to start with.


My questions are:

1-which blur is that? Linear, radial or quick?
2-Which broadcast color filter is that? Legacy or regular, and how would you use it?
