Spreadsheet to Markers?!?

How CAN I do this?

I have many rows/lines in a SS. I want to bring this into V to make Markers for Chapters for a DVD?

3 columns:

Title - Time Start - Time Finish

HELP!

Aw, thanks Jay-Man! I'll take ALL that as a the complement!!

Nearly there.

OK, I needed to:

1] Convert a WORD Doc to a WORD table that went from this layout/format:

Title tab tab tab 00.00 - 02.34

to what I made:

2] Title tab 00:00:00,00 tab 00:02:34,00

3] Now, having got THUS far I then Copy/Paste into SS and then . .

4] into Edit Detail View "Position" field!

The trick was to enter the START times only. This created the MARKER. I then went back to the TITLES and copy/paste these into the "Name"
