Stabilizing Question

I got a clip where I am walking up a set of stairs in the forest to an waterfall. The stairs is a bit shaky as I am walking up them. I tried to do the Tools, video Media FX. Choose Vegas, Stabilize feature, just using the defaults. I click apply and it runs through the little render on that clip.

When I preview the clip after in the program I see this rectangle box in the middle of the clip that flows through the whole clip, the rectangle box is actually magnifying a portion of the video no idea why this is here. I even deleted the clip brought it back in stabilized it and pow it is here again. the video is from a gopro if that makes any difference at all.

actually i dont think it is stabilization is the issue, I was playing around with my color correction and when I increase the gain i see that same rectangle appear, it seems to be on the video itself, you cant see the rectangle on normal play but when u do effects, stabilization etc pow there it is... i put a link to a screen shot on the preview player in vegas... what is this and what did i do wrong to get it?

Thanks

Yeah, this split screen button gets a lot of people. Hopefully in later updates they will make this button more obvious. Glad you figured it out.
