This is a book mark of DSE's Veg file collection that has one for "Star War title"
I hope the link works. You will need to register.

You can simulate it in Vegas with the deform effect. However, to do it right you really need to download the 3DLE effect in the PluginPac available at www.debugmode.com.

Get PluginPac, the free suite of plugins from http://www.debugmode.com/pluginpac/ and look into the sample projects for an example of how to do the starwars credit roll.
