starting out in HD

I have a Sony SR-100 I shot in 16:9 When I open a new project I got confused on template settings should I set up with HDV 1080 60i (1920 x 1080 29.970) or HD 1080 60 i (1920 x 1080 29.970), or is there something else I should be looking at?

the SR-100 is a standard definition camcorder, so you should select a "NTSC DV Widescreen (720x480; 29,970 fps)" template for 16:9 project
