static markers

how do you make markers static to an event. I want to be able to move an event and have the maker move with it. How? thanks in advance

Hi Vidguy,

You can set markers for events in the trimmer. In V4 they will appear in the event too.

You can also use the snap-offset at the bottom of an event, but that will remain stationary if you move the media *within"* the event (alt-drag).

Also, in Vegas 4 you can have markers move with events, using the post-edit ripple feature.
