I've noticed something odd, and I'm wondering if I screwed up a preference somewhere or something.

I'm editing standard DVCAM, and I'm noticing that my clips are not necessarily starting or ending on frame boundaries. Like if I step frame by frame with ALT+arrow, for instance, then ends of a frame won't necessarily be one of the places it stops.

And I can prove this by switching my timescale to absolute frames, and I see a decimal frame instead of a whole number.

How do I make everything based on WHOLE frames??? I'm not looking for fractional frames.
