OK - I'll try this question a different way.
I am trying to create a quality SVCD with video factory 2.0c and am not having any luck. I have captured DV video from my Canon ZR-45 and have purchased the Standard MPEG-2 plug-in. Seems that no matter which setting I try, I get poor quality video, or no audio.
I have successfully created VCD with MPEG-1 - but they are not even close to the quality of a VHS tape - that is what is leading me to SVCD and MPEG-2.
If anyone have a Step by Step for their success with SVCD It would be very much appreciated.
Scott
