Stereo AC3 Customize Template

How do you customize the template for stereo AC3? The "Customize Template" button is greyed out. I also have DVDA Pro 6.0 installed.

If you have DVDA Pro 6.0 installed on the same PC, Dolby Pro AC3 ..should.. be available in Vegas Pro and Sound Forge Pro.
Reinstall or repair install DVD Arc.
