Stereo Video time alignment - shifting video track accurately

Does anyone make 3d videos besides me!?

I make 3d videos from two GoPros in a custom mount. When I put them into vegas I used to be able to use the audio track as the alignment point. Unfortunately GoPro has recently introduced small random latency in their video tracks (gopro 7 black) enough that I have to do a 'fine tune'. So I wanted to know if there is some mechanism to shift a selected video track on the timeline exactly one frame at a time? Currently I have to grab it with the mouse and move it - would prefer some way to select it and use the cursor keys.

I believe keypad numbers 1 and 3 shift or trim 1 frame.

Yes, Numeric keypad 1/3 nudge the selected event 1 frame left/right. Make sure the Numlock key is ON/lit. Numeric keys 4/6 nudge 1 pixel left/right where pixel amount nudge is defendant upon your horizontal zoom level where the more you are zoomed in, the less the nudge amount will be. 1 frame is the smallest nudge amount once zoomed in far enough.

You should be able to turn on snap to frames and zoom in as well if you prefer to work with your mouse.
