Sticky's on the move

Is it just me, or do you see this as well.
As far as I can remember, the SCS Sticky notes have always been displayed at the top of the page as topic's 1 thu 4
Now they start on 10 down.??

they keep moving as there are new posts made, not sure what's up, but maybe they lost their adhesive capabilities :)

I just sent an email to ForumAdmin letting them know about this.

edit: clicking on ForumAdmin's name to send them an email didn't work as the one I sent just got bounced back as "delivery failed" :-(

I think this whole site is being rebuilt. The SCS home page looks different.
