sticky text, need help

Hi there, I have just completed a movie but when I attempt to move one of the text boxes, the other text boxes all move aswell, All I want to do is move just one box...

I know this is simple but I am a Newbe

Turn off auto-ripple. Look for the button that has a thin blue rectangle, a wider green rectangle, and a left-pointing arrow above them, or press Ctrl-L.
