When I first bought the program and tried to print my
edited files back to tape, I got a dialog box that
said "Error 0x800705aa (message missing)". At the time,
the update for video capture 2.0b had just been put up, so
I downloaded that, uninstalled my version and installed the
new one and it would work for about a day, then I would
have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work
again. Now it won't print to tape at all, same error
message as before. My camcorder will start recording, but
no audio or video will be sent to it and video capture will
just give me the error message. I've installed version
2.0e, the latest directx and DVdrivers from microsoft, but
still have the same problem. I tried downloading the file
from www.sonicfoundry.com/support/productinfo/OHCI.asp, it
wasn't any help. I also can't capture a video and
immediately print it back to tape, same error message. Any
idea what I'm doing wrong? I have an eMachines 500mHz
intel celeron pc, an OHCI compliant 1394 card and a Sony
TRV320 digital camera. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
