Still Capture Script?

I thought I read something on here a while back about a script that makes it easier to save screen caps? It's a pain in the A$$ when you have to stop - grab the edges of the video preview window to enlarge it - save a pic - reduce the window and drag it back into place. Surely there's an easier and more efficient way of doing this?

G? Are you wanting to make a "still" from a frame you are viewing? If this is the case use the Floopy disc Icon above the Preview Window. This gives you a JPG or ONG of that frame you are viewing? Make sure you are in Best and that the actual Preview window is at its most "relaxed" expansion.

Hope this helps,

Grazie

Yea Grazie - but I want to find a work-around for having to enlarge the video preview window each time that I want to save a full-sized vid cap. I thought there may be a script for this?

Ah .. I see. How about setting up a workspace just for this? - G

You simple answer IS to use a script. they can reset all settings for the best possible image and then reset them all back to your current settings. Neon has a function that will take one or more snapshots. There's also several free scripts that do this on the VASST site. I also have a full newsletter discussing snapshots that also provides the proper scripting code.
