Still from Video without Capture?

If I have a project already on my timeline, and I want to print a picture from the video (it is a fishing video where the person never took a picture of his fish- just a video- and now he would like a picture) is this possible? How do I go about it? Thanks to anyone who can answer!

There's a little floppy-disc icon above the preview window.

And make sure to set the preview window to Best (full)

You may also need to use a photo editor and "deinterlace".
