Well I have not had the problem you're describing with the clicks,
sounds like a hard drive problem to me, what kind of Hard drive are
you using? Does this only happen in 24 bit recording? Either that or
you've got the Metrodome on with the "Beats per Measure" set to 3 and
you're recording that too. Yes the Ghost events is still there after
you tell it to delete a take, this would not be a problem if you goto
"Options-preferences" General Tab and uncheck the box "Prompt to Keep
files after recording". This is the way I prefer to work and if you
don't want to keep something you just recorded then goto the "Edit"
Menu and select "Undo Record". There is never a ghost when you work
in this fashion and you don't have to put up with the annoying "keep
take" prompt.
