Does anyone know if it is possible to capture still images from existing .avi or .mpg files? So far, I have only been able to capture stills directly from my video source (camcorder & fire wire). When I try to capture from existing video files, the camera button is not activated. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if stills can only be captured during "live" video capturing. Any ideas would be appreciated.
