Hi,
I create many menus, with video menus there is no problem.
But with still picture menus (in BMP format) i have problem with resolution. It shows on my TV with reduced vertical resolution.
It seems that DVDA applies a deinterlace filter to it, but i don't need it, i made it in Photoshop, and no flicker removal is needed.
The Menu properties General Reduce interlace flicker is set to OFF.
The Menu end action is set to "HOLD" ,
When preparing, in "optimize" menu / video1 window RECOMPRESS SETTINGS i set the video to PROGRESSIVE: YES
And the problem is there. I set this Progressive to NO, and use different source picture (768x576 and also 720x576), but still picture menus always look terrible.
Where can i switch off flicker reducing in still picture menus?
thank you!
Marton
