Still waiting for my box...

Has anyone here who ordered Vegas Pro 8 with the box received theirs yet? I ordered mine right away, and when my software came in a manila envelope I wrote to support, who then told me that a box would be shipped right away. One month later I asked them again, because it had not yet arrived, and they apologized to me and said that it was being sent, and then later they asked me if it had arrived, and I let them know that it had not. It's been something like four months now. Am I going about this the wrong way, or should I consider the +$15 lost?

I think there were several postings going around when Vegas 8 first came out, but I couldn't locate them with the Search not working so well these days.

I paid the $15 also, and all I got was the "Manila Envelope" also. I did want the paperwork, the backup discs, etc., but I do like the "box." And as I recall, that's all anyone got. Several people were quite upset as they used the box in their offices to demonstrate the professional look on the shelf with their other programs, I presume in an attempt to show it wasn't some cheesy downloaded program.
