There's no reason to save DAR files UNLESS you plan on altering the menu structure and/or what's included on the DVD, change modify chapter points, etc. If you think you will want to do that at some point in the future then you ALSO have to save all the source files as is.

So a qualified answer. If you only want to duplicate DVD's at some later date and not change them in any way, there's no need to save the DAR's.

To make more copies of the DVD all you have to do is point DVD-A to where your finished files DVD-A made are located then press the burn DVD button.

When you click on Make DVD for the first time in your project, DVD-A asks what your want to name the prepare folder. It puts everything you need to burn a DVD in that folder. Once the prepare and render phase is completed all you need to do to burn DVD's to disc is click on burn , then point to the prepare folder and away you go.
