All AMD computer here. And no, I too am not seeing the change in the defocus that you are showing. It remains right where it was initially set, no matter what Preview setting I choose.
Preview>Half
Best>Full

@iEmby -- I can produce the error, too, in VP22. If the FX is moved before the Pan/Crop, it seems to work okay. Just when it's after the Pan/Crop does it show wrong in Draft (Half) or Preview (Half). Tested in Version 21, but it works okay.

@iEmby -- The problem seems to be associated with the File I/O option: Enable Legacy AVC Decoding.
When it is enabled, the error occurs. When it is disabled, the error goes away. To test this, you will need to restart Vegas after changing option.

GONE !! after legacy off.. i don't remember when i on Legacy mode. But its ok now..

Same here, and not fixed in 22 build 122. Seems to be related only to Mask, not FX. Other related post: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/mask-wrong-resolution--146693/
@VEGASDerek Hope this bug will be completely fixed in the next release.
