Strange behaviour with VPro 16 latest build

Who knows what the pop-up means and why did I saw it now for the first time?
Not my normal way of working, but I tried to find a possible reason for this question, where I added a FX of the NewBlue Titler 5 to an empty event.
After doing that, a small window pops-up with the name "Timeline" I saw never before.
Deleting that pop-up freezes Vegas and doing nothing but closing Vegas the normal way this pop-up vanishes after a few seconds by itself.

Is that part of the plug-in? Or a second plug-in - part of an effects chain? Just guessing ......

As you can see it pops up at the moment I close the NB Titler 5 window, so maybe it has something to do with that Titler. Normally also, like Vegas own titlers, the titlers only appear in Media Generators, this one I used as a FX where it is listed as 3th party plugin

but is not present in my Vegas installation/ OFX videoplugins location.

It was a part of that NB Titler that was popping up I figured out by starting the Standalone Titler and looked with help of the "View" menu at the timeline of that titler.
Exactly the same but now with content when a preset was opened.
I uninstalled at my desktop all that had anything to do with NB and deleting by hand the remains in Program Data was not possible, because it was being used somewhere in Windows.
After restarting Windows it could be deleted.
I installed only that Titler again and now the problem I showed with the freezing VPro 16 was gone.😅

I cannot duplicate any issues with using the Titler Pro effect on an empty event. I can say that is not the normal usage. Generally, you would use the Titler Pro Media Generator instead. The only real reason to place Titler Pro on an event as an FX would be to place it on a video event so that the "View - Background" feature will work. That is the advantage of placing it on an event. However, that advantage is gone when placed on an empty event so there's really no reason for using an empty event when used as a Media Generator would do the same thing - place a separate event on the timeline with Titler Pro.
