Strange error when trying to render

Just installed Vegas Pro 18 Build 482 hoping it would solve render issue. This is on my second desktop which is still running Window 7 for a whole variety of reasons.

I can edit perfectly well but as soon as I click Render As or Render to new track, I get this message and the render won't proceed. This is only happening on this older computer which used to render perfectly for years.

Any thoughts?

Vegas Pro 18 does not support Windows 7. Latest build of Vegas Pro 18 is build 527.

Did you do a search for that error message? Maybe try a render through Voukoder? voukoder.org/
