Strange lines during/after rendering as a movie

This is very strange. I render a movie as a MP4 and I get these strange lines that seem to be scrolling from top to bottom almost like a transition but begins about half way into the movie until the end. I'm not sure if I may have caused it but cannot seem to find a solution. I even deleted the movie and remade it and its still there. When I am editing in the Video Preview it does not appear. Only during/after the rendering.

I have VEGAS Movie Studio 15

What version (plain or platinum) are you working with, which sourcefile and which rendertemplate?

Maybe you can also give a piece of source video on a cloud service that we can try with your settings.

Vegas movie studio 15 suite. I think I found the issue and am re-rendering it now. I had two separate video files overlapping. I think I dragged one too far over some distance and that appeared to cause that strange line. I'll provide an update soon I hope (big file to render)
