Strange times in Vegas Dock/Region view

In one of my clips that has regions, I noticed some strange times for start, end as well as length.

Here's an example:
zoom in and out fast on dance start-00:10:34.567 end-00:10:36.069 length-00:00:01.501

This seems rather strange...

Can you tell us what seems strange about that? Those are valid start and end times and the length is almost exactly right (should be .502, but there may be cursor position rounding errors).

The problem is when I paste 00:23:23.969 to edit details it does something wierd to it it pastes as 00:23:23.09.

Sounds like it is rounding it off to FRAMES instead of the 100's of a frame that it is showing.
