Streaming video

Can anyone advise where I can find a general tutorial and specific recommendations for settings etc. using Vegas 4 for creating streaming video.

There are a few streaming tutorials there.
My book also has a streaming chapter, and Streamingmedia.com has lots of great information but it's not Vegas specific.

File>Render as>

Choose save as type: Windows media Video V9
Template: 256K

Works pretty good out of the box for WMV users.

You can do the same for Quicktime and Real.

Real video is pretty much universally hated because of how it tries to take over your machine. That may be different now, but I am done with that format...
