streaming video

Is anyone using the web page option in VF2? I have made several for .mov files, and they work from my comp at home. Out of 5 friends that I sent the links to, only one was able to view the movies.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thanx.

Sounds like you don't have this stuff on a QT-capable streaming server. Either that or a codec problem on the external user machines, but that usually gives a notification message from QT player.

I have a site on Geocities.com. The don't support .wmv, so I went w/ .mov. The clips are fairly small (>1 MB), rendered at 512kb/s. here's the address http://www.geocities.com/parabolicsteroids/Flythru3.html

The problem may lie with the amount of data that can be DL-ed from geocities, because now the videos don't show up on my comp. I recently cleared out my Temp Internet Files. Who know's? Maybe someone in here does. Thanks again for the help.
