Stretch video for YouTube

Hi,

I'm encoding a video to post on YouTube. The original format of the video is 720x480. For YouTube, I'm going to use 640x480 resolution. Should I use the "Stretch video to fill output frame (do not letterbox)" option?

Depends on if you want to stretch the video to fill the frame or not. Which do you like less ... thin black bars across the top and bottom, or stretched tall skinny people?
