Stuck at 66%

Hi there,

I'm having major problems lately burning DVD projects from 6.0 ... I simply can't get the burn process to complete ... Architect gets stuck at 66% ... and hangs there with the App. Time Left going up and up ... have left it overnight and it simply doesn't do anything... just reports 100's of hours left to completion.

I've tried three different types of burners to make sure its not necessarily a hardware problem ... just hanging on 66% ... real pain!

Any ideas?

My first reaction would be to ditch 6.0 and go back to 5.2. Not overly helpful if you've done your project in 6.0 I know. If it's sticking at exactly the same place, is there anything 'unusual' that could be stalling it?

Is it the prep or the burn that's hanging up? Or are you letting DVDA do the encoding for you?

Thanks for the feedback. No its just sticking at the beginning of the burn. I've tried a number of different burners, ie: disconnected the internal BD/RW and tried other USB burners etc ... same thing.

Really weird because my second computer (32bit) burns from 6.0 with no problems with the same burners etc. Maybe its a 64bit thing ... anyway, as long as I can copy the projects across to the 32bit machine including the project media etc, at least I can burn discs, and I don't really have time to be trying to sort out Architect problems!

hummm I am having the same problem with a blu ray hanging eveytime. I have managed to get two completed disk need four but its not happneing
