Using: Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum: I have an existing movie with already subtitles in it, now I want to make dutch subtitles over the old english subtitles. So I want to make a permanent beam through the whole movie, to put my new text in it. Has somebody any idea for me to fix this?
Describe what you mean by a "permanent beam".

And do you mean permanent subtitles or closed captions which you could turn on and off via the video player or the TV remote control.
Permanent subtitles
1. Maak een tekst aan uit één van de texteditors en wissel de transparante achtergrond naar zwart.
2. Via Pan/Crop pas je het geheel aan aan de grootte voor alleen de tekst.
3. Via trackmotion van de text track zit je alles op z''n plaats.
4. Maak hiervan een preset en gebruik die steeds.

1. Create a text from one of the text editors and change the transparent background to black.
2. Via Pan / Crop you adjust the whole to the size for the text only.
3. Everything is in place via the track-motion of the text track.
4. Make this a preset and always use it.
