subtitles language problem

hello
i have a serious problem with editing bulgarian subtitles to dvd architect program.Should change my all windows settings to bulgarian language or is there any way to see and use the subtitles which have been written in bulgarian before.

I use Hungarian and I have no problems at all. I just have a new language option set up in Windows.

Start->Settings->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options

Click the Languages Tab and select Details...

Select Add...

Select Bulgarian and chose a new keyboard layout for it, I prefer to use United States International for Hungarian, I really don't know what you would want to use.

Now you should have a language tab down by the clock where you can select which language to use.
